FAQ Support Company Profile Home Product Contact Us Download BioSentry XS: Desktop Fingerprint Biometric Device The purpose of BioSentry XS, is to help authenticate the user on a Personal Computer system, upon recognizing his/her fingerprint by scanning the same, and matching it with the pre-enrolled fingerprint image. Further, with additional modules and utilities, it can be deployed on full scale Active Directory/LDAP implementation on any tuned network infrastructure. BioSentry XS is a USB based Fingerprint recognition device which has capability of scanning, storing and matching the fingerprint on the device itself. BioSentry XS, communicates with the real world on USB and RS232 bus, and with this flexibility, can operate under all popular operating systems as well as embedded systems. Apart from controlling and monitoring the boot log on process, BioSentry XS continues to be effective after complete boot, by offering yet another feature “BioSentry Vault”. This Vault is a virtual disk, and can have variable space of 1 MB to 99GB, which is mounted upon positive authentication of the user. You can have multiple virtual drives on system. This implies that, no one will be able to open a particular user vault unless authenticated by fingerprint. This feature makes BioSentry XS unique in it class, which tackles almost all threats and attacks.
