Job description:

  • Handle communication with clients and vendors.
  • Handling Import and export related paperwork at all levels.
  • Handling of data entry related to applications such as Word, excel, accounting software, payroll software .
  • Employee related paperwork such as PF, ESI. leaves, salary slips, recruitment, etc.
  • Handling day-to-day office operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Graduate of any discipline.
    Previous experience in technology or manufacturing organisation is desirable.
  • Must have interpersonal skills and time management skills.
  • Workable verbal and written communication skills.
    Multitasking and quick learner.
